Option 1: One page abstract + Flash presentation (3 min) : Deadline April, 30th , 2023

• One page abstract : Submit your abstract here (choose option 1)

• Flash presentation (3 min during special session dedicated to short presentation)

Option 2: Extended abstract + Oral presentation (15 min + 5 min). The paper will not be in the Springer Proceeding: deadline April, 30th , 2023.

• Extended abstract : Submit your abstract here (choose option 2) and after decision on extended abstract please upload the final version if needed.

• The  extended abstract will be included in the conference proceeding.

• Presentation of 15 min + 5 min during session dedicated to your topic

• Minimum 3 pages  extended abstract is needed for this option.

Option 3 (Paper in the Springer Proceeding) :  Ended

Deadline for Abstract January 31st , 2022

Deadline for Paper January 31st , 2022 

Deadline for Final Paper  March 1st, 2023

• Normal paper : Submit your abstract here (choose option 3) and after decision on your abstract please upload the full paper for reviewing process

• The papers will be indexed in
        Scopus, Ei-Compendex and Web of Science
        Scopus and Compendex indexing usually takes 3/4 months since publication date, WoS approx. 15 months

• Presentation of 15 min + 5 min during session dedicated to your topic

• 6 pages is the min, but hopefully 8-10 pages, and more pages per paper are welcome.
